Presentation of the company, its activities and its interest in being part of the cluster.
APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
The application must be signed by the applicant and two active members of the cluster who support their membership.

EVALUATION
The Board of Directors shall review the application and may conduct an investigation to determine the appropriateness of membership.
Approval and Admission
Once accepted, the new member acquires rights and obligations within the cluster.

To complete the affiliation process, the following documentation is required:
Membership Application
(duly filled out and signed).
Incorporation Deed & Articles of Incorporation Amendments
Legal document that establishes a company in Mexico, detailing its structure, shareholders, and corporate purpose & Official modifications to the Incorporation Deed, including changes in shareholders, corporate purpose, capital structure, or other legal aspects. (for legal entities).
Tax Status Certificate
Official document certifying a company's tax registration and status in Mexico.
Tax Compliance Opinion
Indicates whether a company is compliant with its tax obligations under Mexican law.
Company Tax ID
Official identification number assigned by SAT to companies operating in Mexico.
Proof of Address
(recent and in the name of the company or legal representative).
